I'll add my two cents onto this thread. A BIG thank you to the TD Team--JEFF, LORI, JOHN, TROY, MATTHEW, CAITLIN, (plus anyone I have forgotten) and all of the NPC'S, Blue Hands, and the BUILDERS of the Dune Viper Dungeon.
TRIE GRIND---A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO PICC, RAVEN, KIM and JO for making Grind a truly memorable and exciting experience. They knocked it out of the park again this year. The side quest with the NPC was new and appreciated. The clues in each of the Viper Dungeon rooms added to the total experience. The narrative flowed well and was expertly delivered by Paul with Raven supplementing many tidbits. Paul's delivery was vibrant and so lively that it often made us chuckle at what was happening. Even though we were victims of a TPK we were so thrilled to be a part of the adventure and the shenanigans that were happening.
Temple of the Dune Viper---The sets were quite realistic for the desert with the holding rooms and winding, twisty passages adding to the flavor of the adventure. The puzzles were challenging, requiring teamwork but solvable. They allowed for out-of-the-box thinking for alternate solutions. The monsters were formidable--the animatronics combined with the sound effects made more than one adventurer jump. Shout outs to James (Room 1 Spider DM) for his lively commentary and to Phil (Room 7 DM) and Brittany (NPC Room 7) for their commentary and acting subtleties. All of the NPC's and DM's did a fantastic job adding to a memorable time for all adventurers.
A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT TO TRENT AND JIN FOR THEIR GENEROSITY! They put on a fantastic pizza and drink shindig. The door prizes were out of this world. Congratulations to all of the winners of the free door prizes and the raffle items.
Thank you to BEAU for bringing CRITICAL HIT SODA to GHC. We sure enjoy the special drink mixes.

PS--I would be remiss if I did not mention the IDOL trading that occurred in Trent's Lounge. The Idols were a big hit this year as were the tinkers two years ago. They create a lot of interaction within the TD community. I am proud to be a member of such a giving and sharing community.
