2025 QTR Beta 5
Please have a look and let me know if you see anything that needs to be addressed.

For ease of reference, here are direct links to the final contact sheet images:
Common
Uncommon
Rare
Ultra Rare
Transmuted
Volunteer and Participation
Special

Notes:
  • We're entering the final stretch with this version. This will probably get locked down by the end of the week.
  • There are now two recipes for each Omni token.
  • The current plan is to have Omni tokens as optional ingredients in Mythic recipes. Kind of like how with Legendaries you can use either a Wish Ring or 15K GP.
  • The post 2018 restriction on Ultra Rares used in all four Omni recipes has been lifted. However, the Ultra Rare(s) must still be a Standard Pack Ultra Rare.
  • Do not send in Omni tokens submissions until this change officially goes live. We're still in beta and these recipes may be altered.
  • When reporting an issue, it's very helpful if you can give its precise location in the file. For example, saying something like, "You misspelled Surtr" is less helpful than something like, "You misspelled Surtr on page 5, column 2, in the description for Flying Baby of Glrn".
Thank you for your assistance! 😊

And yes, we are fully leaning into the centerfold idea. 😜
Have you looked it up in the TDb?

If I write something in teal, it should not be taken seriously.

Thank you for lowering the TG count a bit on SH2 and SH1 under constructions. I know you’re going to have the same two or three people replying saying you need to up the cost by 50% to make things truly mythic but literally no one will be playing, let alone fielding full runs.

I'd still like to see these recipes include some "any Standard UR 2018 or later" ingredients to pull some excess URs out of circulation, but since that wasn't incorporated it doesn't seem to be happening.

Out of curiosity - what tokens have purple text but aren’t UR (other than maybe artisan tokens, which I think were more pinkish?).

I’d suggest limiting Omni ingredients to URs with source: standard pack.

Grunnel’s +2 pointy stick and +1 turkey leg of smiting should not, IMO, be eligible and if they are Omni orbs will just consume them for a while.

Still point out that completion relics are weirdly cheaper in 2025 than in 2024.

Reducing sidekicks only puts further from the only target we know of. Recipe should be more than twice as expensive to be in line with that. I realize the likelihood of keeping to "the chart" is low, but, if ignore that, there's no context for what the costing scheme is for SH stuff.

Also, the Omni Orb recipes are absurdly different in typical value. The main one has gotten rather cheap compared to where this stuff seemed to be aiming for, while the alt is vastly more expensive.

Premiums are an example. Bear in mind, older Premiums have gold backs and look a lot like URs.

I like the alternate Omni recipes, thanks! I'm guessing the UR-only alternate recipes will be the most popular until UR prices go up some - which would be mission accomplished. :)

I agree with that, the standard pack/set requirement would be good. Although maybe Volunteer UR tokens should be allowed in addition to standard pack URs?

I actually always thought of those as Ultra-Rares. I guess I haven't been reading TokenDB enough. ;)

Any UR is fine if you need 20x of them. After checking various stores there just isn’t a noticeable supply to make the price on anything tank.
