TOPIC: Coin of Wealth and Other Mythic Token Recipes

We can re-visit this later when recipes are finalized, but I think it would be good now to get a somewhat defined recipe lists for the Coin of Wealth and the four other Mythic tokens. This is the proposed cost:

Coin of Wealth
(+30 Treasure Chips, no other Treasure Enhancer tokens may be equipped (slotless))

40x Alchemist Ink

So is the plan to never make any new treasure enhancers or does this essentially cap treasure enhancers at 30, even if new ones are printed?

100K gold bead? Wouldn't a gold bar make more sense?

Jeff, just FYI, you said in this post that there would never be a transmuted token recipe that included the Silver, Gold, or Platinum Nugget Ioun Stones.

Perhaps replace the three Ioun Stones with something like "any ten UR TE tokens"? That would be a similar value.

Number of Coins that can be transmuted will be capped at the number of the least produced TE. I presume that will be silver nuggets. Is this intentional and desired?

I'd think that there will be far fewer Coins transmuted than the number of Silver Nuggets in circulation.

Couldn’t you just use an Omni orb in the recipe?

Nope

Omni tokens may not be used in recipes for treasure-enhancing tokens–Legendary or otherwise.

13 -- Charm of Avarice (assumed max synergy)
2 -- Ioun Stone Silver Nugget
2 -- Ioun Stone Gold Nugget

I'm also curious about the "no other Treasure Enhancer tokens may be equipped" since that would block any future ones printed after 2027.

Unless there’s a promise of no more treasure enhancers ever being made that stack after the 2027 bead my want for making coin will drastically be reduced. I know that the main benefit is freeing up 7 slots but for $4700 apiece to also be hard capped on future treasure is imo too much.

No. COW takes the TEs out of your build and free up the slots. You would have a max of 29 without the COW and a max pf 30 with the COW.

Agreed. Maybe the best solution is exactly what was done for the CoA. Just not sure how to portray that on the token. Definitely could on TokenDB.

Coin of Wealth: Grants effects of CoA, ISSN, ISGN, ISPN, BoB, BoG, Bo2027 (TBD) plus 5. May not equip any of those.

That way, if TD wants to keep printing TE's in 2029, 2031, etc they can still be free to do so AND people won't be upset that treasure gets essentially capped.

Now, if someone can make that fit on the token, then that might be the solution.

BTW - I'm very confused if the 30 Treasure Chips is in addition to the 3 from the adventure and the 1 from being Level 6 player. It still seems like the player would get 34 chips.

Did Jeff mean to say the Coin should be 26 chips?
