Changes:

1) The Sacred Rings won't have serial numbers. There are too many of them to make that feasible. I am sorry for disappointment.

2) The Mark of Enlightenment token will have a semi-custom power and your name printed on it, and it can be used by anyone. The one shown is just an example of how the crafter can pick the energy type and whether it applies to Melee, Missile or Spell damage.

3) We slightly tweaked the wording of the IO Stone Mystic Heroism due to programmer feedback.

Jeff, looks great! No worries on the lack of numbering on the Rings, I thought from the start that might be too much. Will it be a problem managing Ring Con admissions?

Should there be a symbol of some kind? It's probably fine if there isn't.

Yeah...we should probably leave it off, but since the Skull of Cavadar had one, I figured I'd leave it.

Perhaps intentional, but the damage wheels for the Relic and Legendary crossbow aren't uniform.

Relic goes: 5, 6, 7, 7, 9, 10
Legendary Is: +1, +1, +1, +2, +1, +1 over that

One final shot at the crossbow.

Consider making the legendary have 3x crit for Rogue only or be Rogue only, so the people asking for an assassin's crossbow reprint every year can get that power in a build at legendary power?

UR: As is Now
Relic: As is now
Legendary: Bard and Rogue Only. Same damage wheel. 3x crit for rogue.

That way the legendary is exactly the same as the old UR assassin's crossbow, should use exactly the same code for the developers, but provides the 3x crit power at a corresponding rarity.

Mark of the Tenets has a typo on it:

It says "Incorpeal" which is misspelled, instead of "Incorporeal"

Would still like to see the x3 on the bow to help release something comparable to the old assassins crossbow. Even only if it’s for Rogues and with sneak attacks. That’s one of the items that has eluded my collection and I’m sure many others are the same.

Is there a way we could look at another stat than saves on tenant? I liked it previously, it felt like a 3 year relic level token.

I like where the crossbow is at. Keen and available to all classes. And the power is appropriate for those who should en the majority of users.

Don't expect it to be used by already top level epic level parties but very suitable for nightmare and below parties.
